4. Have your fingerprints taken (on a 91A form) at Brackenfell SAPS

Due to a change in legislation, all prospective members will need to have their fingerprints taken at Brackenfell Police Station. The process takes 5 to 10 minutes.

IMPORTANT: Please take your original ID document and a copy thereof as well as the  “SAPS Indemnity by Applicant / NHW Member” (last page of the Membership Application) with you.

A profile check on all applicants is carried out by SAPS. PVRNHW reserves the right to approve, or not, any such application received without having to give a reason for such decision taken.

Once the results of the fingerprint checks have been received (which takes approximately 2 weeks), you will be added to the Whatsapp group and receive regular crime statistic updates.
